We had to take my best buddy in this past Saturday night/early Sunday morning. I hadn’t ever been there, and we didn’t know where else to go. From the minute we walked through the door we were treated with so much compassion and kindness. We had to make the hardest decision to let my guy go be free of pain and suffering. I was a mess and they loved us right through it. I never felt rushed making the decision, and was given as much time as I needed with my Ringo as he passed and after. They were thoughtful with their words and I truly believe they treated him with respect and care all the way through, as well as us. Since he has been gone they have reached out by phone with encouragement and caring words. Today I came home to a card from them- inside was my sweet Ringo’s paw prints. I ugly cried. But I am forever grateful to all of them for being such amazing compassionate humans who have helped me so much during a very difficult time. I can not thank them enough, I can not say enough good things about them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My poor, sweet girl Poppy was so sick with stomach issues that no one could identify. She refused to eat for 6 days and was in very obvious pain. I had taken her to two other vets before we came here. While those vets had done blood tests on Poppy, they couldn’t find any wrong. Dr. Klupper took a special look at her file and noticed her pancreas levels were slightly elevated. She decided to specifically test Poppy for pancreatitis and it came up positive. I was shocked none of the other vets had done that! Poppy did need to go on a feeding tube but from there they were able to treat her. This dog is my entire heart and I was so scared for her but she’s made a full recovery, thank god!! I’m not sure if she would have if we didn’t bring her here. They also have a great set up where you can visit your hospitalized pet at anytime. Thank you so much, especially to Dr. Klupper, for saving my sweet pup!

The Doctors and staff here were amazing. We were on vacation in broken bow when our labradoodle got extremely sick. It was on a Saturday and no vet was available in the area. We drove 3 1/2 hours to tulsa on a recommendation. First stop was the animal urgent care to get stabilized then we were off to here. The staff met us at the front door and quickly took Noodle to work on her. We thought she was going to die due to how dehydrated she was but they had her turned around by 10am the next morning. We are forever grateful for their quick work. Thank you

One year ago today I took my cat in for a urinary blockage, and I seen a review exactly like experience I went through. My beautiful cat Ezekiel had a urinary blockage and so I took him in and when I got there they told me it was going to be $2000 have him there before the weekend comes up because at the time they weren’t open 24/7. I understand that ER visits are more expensive but in a time of need and my cats life on the line that is a very selfish price to make people pay. I love my cat with everything I have and so I paid for it. Things were going great for him and he was getting better. But right before the weekend came they called and told me his got worse and way worse than he was when he came in. His kidneys were spiking, went from normal levels to almost tripping in a couple hours, and the best option was to put him down. Before I made a decision I wanted to get a second opinion. And so I took him to another vet to get him checked out. And when I did they were looking at the notes and they seen that they clapped his catheter and left it clapped almost a day until I picked him up. He is doing perfect now and is a very happy guy now. I do NOT recommend this place if your animals has urinary traction problem.
