Very impressed with the service here! My fiance and I took a stray dog in and we brought her in to get looked at. They we're very knowledgeable and oh so sweet to our new pup. They treated her as if she was their own, got her updated on all her shots and even gave her a quick bath for us because she was so dirty from the streets. Just love the staff here, highly reccomend.

My dog was seen in May of 2023 at this location. We knew someone who worked there so I think they put their information on the account. The employee no longer works there and they "restricted" the account and refused to see my dog, which really has nothing to do with the employee who previously worked there. I was told I have to find a new primary care veterinary for my dog when she was there less than a year ago. If this is how you treat people seeking medical care for their dog, I will go out of my way to make sure to tell people to NOT come here. This is absolutely ridiculous. Obviously this is upsetting, so we called a couple more times and spoke with the manager. They said they can make a new account for us but why would I trust you guys after I was told I would need to find a new vet.. This wasn't just some misunderstanding. Why wasn't I told right away that a new account could have just been made because I would have just done that. But here we are. OH! and they’ll block you on facebook for posting an honest review.

I’ve taken my dog here 10 times and today they tried to force my dog into another rabies shot because they no longer had it on file. Randomly adding over $100 to my bill with no preparation and then refused to see my 8 year old dog without it. Do not go here because the blonde vet tech will scam you.

We are so grateful to this place for helping our babies!! As many of you pet owners know our babies are our family and we couldn't afford to take all 3 of our dogs but these good and understanding people helped us out. The staff there is very friendly, empathetic, sympathetic, & knowledgeable!! Thank you to all the staff there!!
