1. You failed to call me for over a year after the biopsy on Chupies tumor to tell me he had cancer. It grew back and was removed a 2nd time. 2. You stabbed yourself with the syringe and had to stop the process of putting him down. Still blown away at that. 3. Was told his remains would take 2 weeks to be ready for pickup. I called after 2 weeks and was informed that Chupie is still in storage with 8 other animals that have been there longer than Chupie was. Didn't care much for the girl's attitude. She said she would call again to get him picked up. I got a call later that day that his remains are there and that she looked at the wrong paper, not so much as an apology was given. I lost my best friend and never expected this in my lifetime. Please consider what we're dealing with before you make these mistakes again in the future.

I brought my puppy in ( a Golden Retriever my son bought for me after my husband passed away in December) she ended up being sick with Parvo, they got her some shots, showed me how to work giving her a bag of IV with vitamins. Gave additional medicine, and with all the and my pureeing extra dog food, keeping her active, and giving fluids via syringe, I am blessed to say she is her playful energetic self again. Thank you to their Team and knowledge, the Doctor and Brett for everything. I have found her VET❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💚💚

Dr King and staff are wonderful. I took my large Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix in for ear infections. I was greeted on the first visit and shown into a room. Dr. King was so kind and explained everything to me and made sure I understood. I was asked to bring Alex back twice to make sure that the infections were gone, at no extra cost. We have found our vet for the gentle giant.

I had to make a very hard decision and have my cat put down due to old age and deteriorating health…they made me feel welcome, not judged, and were very kind and patient! I will be taking my animals here from now on!!

Staff was absolutely rude and disrespectful. Everyone that walks in should be treated with kindness and respect. People come in to find help for their animals, not recieve unprofessional behavior and attitude from the receptionist. If you don't like your job, it's really simple. Get a new one. Make sure you're giving people the time of day when they walk in your door asking for your help. There's plenty of other vets out there, so maybe consider being a decent one. 😒 It would also be nice if you responded to more than just your 5 star comments.
