Originally I would have given 5 stars. They are very nice there and the wait wasn't long. Maybe the deal with larger farm animals than they do cats? We rescued Angel the year before. She just walked in and decided we were home. She was older and had bad teeth so the vet pulled them. Idk what medicine they used but she had a bad reaction to it and within 24 hrs she died in my 13 yr Olds arms. We got her to the vet 30 minutes before she passed but were told the vet wouldn't be in for another hour. What really gets me though is medicine they gave before the surgery. My husband looked it up because we cleaned out our Angels spot finally. On the medicines official website it says for canine use only. Can cause kidney failure in felines. Shouldn't a vet be aware of that? Still have to pay hundreds for the very medication and care that killed her though.

The staff and Dr. Stearkel are always so nice and understanding. Especially when I had to put my dog down. They gave me all the time I needed with her and were very supportive. They also deal with my crazy aussie and are very accommodating. My dogs also came back from being boarded super happy and in good spirits. Completely different from past experiences I've had at other places. I always recommend them to everyone who asks.

The staff was wonderful. We are full time RVers and our little yorkie needed an allergy shot. I called their office and explain the situation and they got her in as soon as possible. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were reasonable in their prices too. I would happily take my furbaby back to them if needed.

Rooms look like they haven't been cleaned in years. Zero communication between untrained staff who carry cats with impact trauma like a 3 yr old with an oversized teddy bear. They didn't even treat the trauma.....don't take emergency pets here. Livestock mabey but not house pets. R.I.P. my cat Puddy who actually got worse because of the visit. These guys in to much of a hurry to get quantity over quality

I called last minute and they made time for me to bring my cat in. The staff are all so sweet and caring. The vet helped me understand everything and treated my cat with amazing care. I would recommend this Vet to anyone!!
