The staff is very friendly and make it like a second home for your pet. The Vets are great, and on top of that, they are a great price for what you get. We were happy to return to them when we got our new puppy after our old dogs were no longer with us. Our puppy actually looks forward to his doctor's visits. I have referred friends to them, and they too are very happy with them.

Dr Barger and her staff are incredible. They've provided high-quality, compassionate care for our pets for almost a decade. They've provided the emotional support to our family as well as loving care as we navigated cancer with our three beagles and are now facing the same situation with our grand dog. Dr Barger and her team will move mountains to get the care your pet needs and support you throughout the process. Their care bought us precious quality time with our fur babies. It's not just paying clients that get top-quality care. They also take in shelter pets in need of medical care and find them loving homes. They coordinate food donations for rural shelters...the list goes on. They are a wonderful team when going through the good times, and angels in scrubs when going through the tough times. Proud to support such an amazing practice.

Do not go to this vet if you have a cat. My family has taken all of our pets here for over 10 years but that ends now as their treatment of cats is unacceptable. While dogs are welcome to walk in on leash, they require cats to be shoved in a carrier. We have a leash trained cat named Rosa who loves car rides but she has always been weary of carriers. We followed their protocol for her last visit; arriving with a calm, happy cat who we then had to force in a carrier. No one working seemed to care how scared she was or make any attempt to help her feel safe. Instead just gave us some pills to feed her for next time she comes in. I called today to make Rosa an appointment and I explained our situation. I hoped they would be understanding and want to give her the care she needed but that wasn’t the case. When I asked if I could carry her in on her leash and harness, the woman on the phone literally scoffed and said, “Uh, no. You need to put her in a carrier.” I asked her why they let dogs be on leash but not cats and she wouldn’t give me an explanation. Just dismissed me and said, “It’s just our protocol.” These are not good people and shouldn’t be trusted with the wellbeing of animals. Unless you have a dog, they don’t care about you or your pet.

I will update this later, but I am a former client. Acre View was very good to me and my Persian, Crystal. They did their best, diagnosed Crystal's kidney issues, and gave me a generous price for ongoing renal care. Thjs was 8 years ago; I have moved and now had to deal with similar issues my new cats; I have a good vet here, but do remember how good Acre View was to me back in the day. Blessings!

I had the the absolute worst experience with my cat. They made me put her in a carrier and couldn’t use her harness. Won’t be going there ever again
