Dr. Carpenter is the best! He demonstrates such humility and integrity. I've always been able to count on the treatment, care and advice provided and know that without a doubt I won't be taken advantage of. The cost of any fee is ALWAYS more than fair. He truly cares for his community, pets and people alike. He understands how important our furry friends/family are to us and us to them.
