How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Ada Veterinary Clinic

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Very professional and efficient clinic. Prices for basic care like vaccinations, health checks, are reasonable. I feel like their prices for more advanced care like spaying and neutering are a little on the high end though. Walk ins are welcome for standard vaccinations, which is nice.

1. We have a dog that adopted us and is terrified of people. This clinic helped us so much! They advised us on what to do to get her in and post care for a dog that won't even let us touch her. 2. We had a sick baby goat that also needed eyelid surgery. They took amazing care of him, and we are extremely pleased with consistent contact (with us) while he was in their care! 🤍

Ada Veterinary did a excellent job on my LilBiggie💯! The pictures shown was our ride home from the vet after he got stitches. LilBiggie ran through a doggie door at my brother's when he heard my truck pulling up in the driveway then somehow his left eye popped out. I don't know how it happened or if it happened when he went through the doggie door. All I know is my baby was hurt and Dr.White did an awesome job! The receptionist was very kind and helpful. You can't even tell he had an injured eye now. The other pictures was the day he got his stitches out and 3 days later we went swimming but I didn't put him in the pool he just rode on my back. Then a week later is back to normal. Thank you Ada Veterinary you guys are AWESOME!!!💯 The pictures are posting from recent so its backwards.

Had an extreme emergency tonight, and lost our baby, called the emergency number and was met with a lady who was very cold and unconcerned with our situation as we explained our girl was dying. She told us there was an emergency fee of $200 (not towards total of treatment) no biggie, we were willing to pay it, we told her we would be on our way and she asked if we were “clients”. We are not. She told us since we weren’t members she couldn’t help us and that if we needed help to drive to Norman. Didn’t even offer us any information on what to do to keep her alive. Very upsetting and horrible service!! Shame on you Ada Vet Clinic!!
