I will update this if anything changes, but I took my doberman in who is shy of vets but also a service dog in training- and they dud AMAZING. They found out the issue immediately despite us doing more than 6 vet visits with our previous vet. They were so sweet and knew exactly how to handle him

Love Dr. Bauer at North Kenny! She's taking care of my two seniors. Rocky (Pomeranian) who needs sedated just to get looked at, and Kenny ( Chihuahua) who has a really bad heart murmur. My boys get the care they need and I get a complete understanding of what's going on with them.

I recently had to say goodbye to my senior cat and even in a time that was very difficult, I was incredibly impressed by every single step of the process and the care that was given by the NKVH team. First, they were very flexible with scheduling as I changed the appointment date/time multiple times. Upon arrival, the tech at the front desk was on the phone with another patient but in one quick glance, she recognized why I was there and immediately asked to put the call on hold. She lead me into a private room that had everything I needed in that moment: comfortable chairs, tissues, mini-fridge of water, and at least a dozen different kinds of treats that my cat could enjoy in her final moments. They were gentle throughout the entire process and allowed us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. Just when I thought they reached the peak of customer service, I receive a hand written card in the mail signed by the Vet and Techs. My cat was a patient with NKVH for 15 years and passed just short of her 20th birthday. Thank you to the entire North Kenny Vet team for your impeccable care of my sweet girl. XOXO Fate the cat
