My sweet angel has extreme social anxiety and the staff was more then helpful. They got us into a room immediately and even let me go with him into the back to sit with him for a little bit before surgery. The staff also helped me carry my baby to my car when I picked him up. I also had a cat spayed here and the process and recovery all went great! The only thing I can tell that needs work is the process of scheduling, it is pretty confusing and appointments seen hard to come by but when you see how many wonderful pets they help everyday I would rather go here then anywhere else ❤️

Sadly my long time friend was too sick and wasn't living his best life. I had decided (which was an extremely difficult decision) to euthanize him. His quality of life was suffering and I did all I could. Jasper Lee was my very best friend and the wonderful people at Columbus Humane understood that and treated him and my family with kindness and respect. I was holding my buddy when they gave him that first shot and repeatedly told him how much I loved him. Jasper went peacefully asleep and will forever be in my heart. Thank you to the doctors and nurses for showing my family love and respect during our time of suffering.

Hard to get a time for the pet food pantry but it is incredibly worth it. I've been using it since I moved here and they always give us ample supply of high quality food, wet and dry, as well as the occasional big bag of assorted treats, toys, even got a big cat tree from them. I have also used their drive thru vaccine clinic and BLESS them for working with my problem child feisty kitty to get her vaccinated so I can keep her at my apartment. Thank you for making mine and my cat's life infinitely more enriched. Because she has access to high quality food finally, I have to worry about one less expense for my ESA (I am disabled and unemployed), and she has finally put on weight and is much healthier ❤️

This is our first time visiting Columbus Humane Essential Care Center. And I would say all employees very Professional and amazing. They taking care of my dog. Facilities very clean and organized.

Columbus Humane essential vet went above and beyond for my senior dog who has some GI issues and a torn ACL. I could not thank them enough for getting my bubs taken care of and as comfortable as possible given his situation. In todays world they deserve an award for helping those less fortunate financially and caring so much about our furry children.
