CityPets 614 has been wonderful for my family for our veterinary and daycare needs. The location is perfect for where we live, walkable but also plenty of parking. All of the staff I have interacted with have been friendly, kind, and helpful. They all know my dog and are happy to see him. He gets excited every time we go (maybe because he can’t tell if it’s the vet or daycare lol), but even vet appointments are tolerable because he gets lots of love and treats. I have always been able to get an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time, and in-office waiting is minimal. They have been very communicative about test results and such, and easy to get a hold of with questions. When my dog goes to daycare, they send pics (sometimes twice a day!) which is so reassuring that he is safe and having fun. I have to make a special mention of Dr. Chapman. I had a very traumatic experience in November 2022 that resulted in the untimely death of a pet. After some time, I felt that I may be ready to adopt another pet, but I had major concerns about the circumstances that led to that incident and the possibility of such a thing happening again. I called the office and to be honest I was sort of desperate- I didn’t know who I expected to talk to or what I expected them to say, but I didn’t want to go into bringing another pet home blindly. The office person quickly got Dr. Chapman who spoke to me for 15+ minutes. She listened to my concerns, validated my fears, and comforted and counseled me. She took time out of her day to help me understand whether my home was safe for an animal and whether I could’ve done anything differently. Her compassion and thoroughness made me a lifelong customer here.

Cannot say enough good things about this practice! The staff are all amazing, patient, and kind people. My dog is reactive and nervous at the vet and they work with us to ensure the visits go as smoothly as possible. Thank you!!

I was going to a vet across town and I just wanted something closer and wanted to give this place a try! (It absolutely blew away my expectations! I usually don’t have an opinion on the Vet!) - My dog in the past was getting a vaccine for Lyme disease and this dog pretty much is a cat and told me it was not unnecessary which I thought as well but I felt like my last vet upsold me on it! - My Dog Is usually a nervous wreck anywhere unfamiliar and I believe animals pick up on vibes and he was pretty chill and relaxed during the visit! - The Vet Tech was so personable and funny and I enjoyed her authenticity! - The vet was phenomenal great bed side manners (If that’s a thing in the vet world) 😂 Sometimes, I get paranoid at the vet at the owner like are they gonna shame me about something and my dog has a cherry eye that has had two failed surgical procedures! She told me he’s fine and looked at it and told me not to worry about it! - I also was mentally prepared for a higher bill and was shocked how affordable they were! Thanks for getting my little monster back on track and we’ll be back! 🐶 ❤️

Shared ownership is Dr. Dan and Dr. Jill Bishop. There EXISTS NO FINER CARE FOR YOUR PETS! And, another Party I only understand is included in this Partnership of two entities. I am a first time puppy owner, although have had dogs all of my childhood, owning one yourself is something else entirely. CityPets has made the process very easy and has made me feel safe and happy to send my lovely pup, Margo, here. Dr. Burdick, and Liz have been so wonderful and kind and willing to answer all of my questions. We also had our first grooming appointment today with Jenica, and the whole process was easy and Margo came out looking like a star. I am very happy with my experience with this practice.
