I called this morning the representative was extremely short and rude. I am new to Columbus and was on a budget and understood that a clinic was likely more affordable but still great care. I was trying to have my pet seen because of a wound. And because they were booked until next week she was short and cut the call briskly. I do not want to be contacted but I will not choose their care for my 2 older pets with that tone.

Love the doc here. She’s great! Realistic and to the point and makes sure to address all your concerns and make sure your pet is taken care of. The rest of the staff has been great as well and you can tell they love what they do.
