We bring all of our fur babies to Southtowns, and when I say "all," I mean all nine of them and counting! We love the knowledgeable veterinarians and professional staff. We wouldn't go anywhere else to have our pets seen. The wait to get in can be lengthy, but that's to he expected. The wait is totally worth the service.

Amazing staff! I brought my cat here for the first time for a wellness exam and a little swollen lip from allergies and they were incredible! They were so good with my skittish boy and brought me right into the room so he didn't have to interact with other animals. They answered all of my questions at length and really took their time. They were so gentle, kind, and clearly care about animals! 10/10!!

Friendly staff. Easy to get an appointment. Vets are knowledgeable and know how to handle dogs. Seem very thorough. Not pushy with products or services. They advise and inform, but you the pet owner are free to make any decisions or choices with no pressure. Also a big one, the are very fairly priced compared to other Vets in WNY.

I took my dog Luna to Southtowns for the first time this week and they were incredible! They were very gentle and made sure she was comfortable before starting the exam. They even did the entire exam on the floor instead of putting her up on the table!
