Daisy, my Bernese Mountain Dog loves the staff at NBAH. She doesn't want to leave until everyone has petted her. They have a great fear free atmosphere which lessens the anxiety of going for veterinary care❤️

I’m truly saddened to see a once-great veterinary clinic in such a wonderful community fall into decline. Unfortunately, the clinic is struggling with severe staffing shortages, which I believe are a direct result of poor management and a lack of respect toward employees. The clinic’s hostile work environment has led to this dysfunction, and as a result, the quality of care for patients is suffering. It’s incredibly disappointing to witness the lack of strong, supportive leadership, as it’s clear that this issue is affecting both the staff and the animals they care for. I hope management can recognize that this is a serious issue before they run out of business.

My daughter went this morning to have her 14 year old cat put down due to not eating, vomiting, no control of bowels, weighs 6 pounds. She gets there and they want to run all kinds of test to see what's wrong with it. She said no I made the appointment so she isn't suffering. They wouldn't do it so back home with the cat she goes. They just wanted to make money instead of stopping the suffering.

Very welcoming and kind. Our first visit here was an unfortunate one as our dog had been hit and did not make it. They were so gentle and sympathetic. They spoke quietly and easy but very informative. They did not treat us like it was "just a dog", they knew he was our family. They also have a very beautiful system for cremating your animal as that is what we chose to do. We will now take all our animals here for routine check ups and visits. Thank you so much for taking wonderful care of my sweet Rusty!!!

I was new to the area and did some searching when my cat passed away at 17.5 yrs old and his sister 3 yrs later. I was heartbroken because pets of any kind should be considered family. Anyways, the New Baltimore Animal Hospital , all were so kind and made you feel cared.I received a sympathy card in the mail a few weeks after with there paw print ❤️. Thank you.
