Our experience was absolutely amazing.Roots staff is incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely cares about every animal that walks through the door. You can truly feel the love and compassion they have for all breeds, no matter the size, temperament, or background! They take the time to explain everything clearly and make me and especially Laverne feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet who treats your pet like family.

We had such a wonderful experience at Roots Veterinary Hospital! Our dog Lucy was actually their very first appointment on opening day, which made it extra special for us and they absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They took their time with Lucy, making sure she felt comfortable and at ease. It was clear how much they truly love animals. Lucy can sometimes be a little anxious, but she completely relaxed and even seemed to enjoy her visit! The clinic itself is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a calm environment for both pets and owners. You can tell a lot of heart went into creating this space. We’re so grateful to have Roots Veterinary Hospital nearby and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care. Lucy already can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful experience with Roots Veterinary! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We were impressed with how clean the space was kept. Brought in my cat who hurt his paw and was able to get a quick appointment. Plenty of parking in this small shopping center and conveniently located from the PIP. Our new veterinary for sure! 🐾🐾😻

I brought my 19 year old cat to Roots for bloodwork and an appointment for her arthritis and had a great experience. The team was very knowledgeable about the medication we asked about for her and made sure to help us understand her bloodwork and how to best care for her kidney disease. The following week, our senior pittie had an unexpected injury and they were able to accommodate us, and show my husband how to continue his wound care at home. The facility is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and I love the dark green color scheme, very calming!! Their prices are very fair and I didn’t feel overcharged at all or like i had to pay for anything I didn’t need or understand. I am so glad Roots is in our community and definitely will be back with my pets!

What an amazing experience with Dr. Olsen! I brought in my Frenchie Jack with a severe skin condition, Dr. Olsen was amazing and very knowledgeable of different things that could be affecting his health. All around an amazing facility and staff. I would highly recommend this veterinary hospital looking for a new vet for their furever baby.
