I found an engorged tick on my puppy and freaked out. After 5pm I called the office and they said to come over. The staff at UR Vet was awesome. They greeted me and Moose at the door and helped calm me down and removed the tick. They gave us both treats, his edible, mine in the form or merch that has come in very useful. They are kind, responsive, and very knowledgeable. The hospital is clean, smells amazing and the colors are beautiful and relaxing. We will be back and hopefully remain tick free.

We ended up at Urvet Roslyn at around 2am after our dog had been vomiting for most of the night. At first we thought it was just an upset stomach but she kept throwing up, couldn't keep water down and eventually became really weak and lethargic. That's when we got scared and decided we couldn't wait until morning. We found Urvet was open 24/7 and drove straight there. Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect arriving at an animal hospital at 2am in the morning but someone attended to us almost immediately. They took her in, checked her vitals and the vet came over and explained what they wanted to test for and what they were doing to get the vomiting under control. Everyone was very calm which helped because we were pretty panicked by that point. The vet took the time to answer all our questions and the staff kept checking on her and updating us. She was given fluids and medication and thankfully started looking much more like herself after a few hours. Really grateful to the whole team. I also had no idea there was a 24/7 emergency vet in Roslyn until this happened. Hopefully we won't need an emergency animal hospital again anytime soon, but it's a huge relief knowing they are there and actually open in the middle of the night.

Got our cat to URvet Roslyn when she suddenly stopped eating and became extremely lethargic. She had been a little off earlier but then got much worse and we knew something wasn't right. Since it was after normal vet hours we started looking for a 24/7 animal hospital nearby and found URvet. I'm so glad we didn't wait. After examining her and doing tests, the vet told us she had pyometra, which I had never even heard of before. They explained that it was a serious infection and that she needed to be treated urgently. The vet was very patient with us and explained what was happening, what needed to be done and why rather than just rushing us through everything. The nurses and rest of the staff were also incredibly compassionate with her. She's normally terrified at the vet and they were so gentle with her. It was a very stressful night but we felt she was in good hands the entire time. Thankfully she got the treatment she needed and is doing well now. I genuinely didn't realise we had a 24/7 emergency animal hospital right here in Roslyn. After going through this, I'm very grateful we do.

Our dog got bitten by another dog while we were out on a walk. It didn’t look too bad at first, but once we got home we noticed a deeper puncture wound and decided to get it checked. We went to URvet Roslyn and were really surprised by how quickly we were seen...literally within minutes! We’ve spent hours waiting at emergency vets before, so this was a very different experience. The vet cleaned the wound, checked that there wasn’t more damage underneath and explained what we needed to keep an eye on. The whole thing was handled very calmly, which helped because we were pretty stressed by the time we got there. Definitely one of the smoother emergency vet visits we’ve had.

We had a great experience bringing our dog, Bruno, to URVet. The staff was kind, compassionate, and took immediate and excellent care of him. The biggest comfort is knowing there is quality emergency care available 24/7 right in our community. It’s so reassuring to have around-the-clock veterinary care nearby when you need it most. Thank you for being there for Bruno and beyond thankful he’s OK!
