I recently took my dog Cody to PVMG and had a fantastic experience. It was clean and well organized, which immediately put me at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly and made both me and my fur baby feel welcome. Dr. was great, taking the time to explain the treatment plan and results in a way I could easily understand. It truly helped me feel comfortable with the decisions we were making for my Cody’s health. I also appreciated the short wait time, especially since I had an appointment scheduled. One cute touch was the pet portraits in the waiting area. And who can say no to free coffee while waiting? Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality veterinary care. Also got $25 off for being a new client :)

The best care you can get. Brought our Golden in for normal check. Dr. Ottenbreit extremely knowledgeable. Takes her time, communicates very well and identified ear and skin infection with medicine and shot to relieve discomfort. Clinic is extremely clean, looks new, with a staff that is so friendly and supportive. Our Golden is 6 years old. Been treating her here since she was six weeks old. Everybody should know the clinic did not close, they changed locations and name. Everybody ask for Dr. Ottenbreit. The best.

I can't say enough good things about the doctors and staff at Premier. I have 4 animals, 3 of which have chronic life threatening illness that are managed by this highly knowledgeable hospital (day, night or weekends 7 days a week). When you have issues like this, it's nice to know you have a place to go that is not a big emergency hospital (that costs a fortune) to get the care you need. I'd like to further add beyond the compassion and A-1 care these people give my animals they are affordable, thorough and the communication is above and beyond anything you would imagine. I don't want to single out any one doctor, but you know who you are.....I would follow you to the ends of the earth. Look no further, you found your forever vet who will NOT take advantage and run unnecessary tests. My brood thanks you all for the care and love you show them ❤️

The Doctor and her assistant were extremely skilled at what they do and very professional. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs their pet tended to. My cat would have soon lost his life, if it weren’t for this skilled team of professionals dedicated to animal healthcare. My cat is an ex feral cat. It’s impossible to put him into a carrier to get him to a vet- so they came to me! A totally great game changer!

My pup was ill. Staff were very friendly, took her in immediately and did a thorough check. They went over everything in detail and gave suggestions to help resolve the issue that they did not have the equipment to perform. They even contacted me the next day to ask if the issue was resolved! The only thing I wasn't too gone on was the price. I'm thinking about switching my pups from my current vet, due to their excellent services. Have to upgrade my rating after I took my other pup in. I had a barrage of concerns. The vet and assistant carefully explained every item and allayed all of my fears. They even pointed out what they couldn't help with, but gave me a list of locations that could help. Just excellent!
