Today our puppy got to meet Dr. Decourt and the amazing team at Better Lives Animal Hospital for his wellness check. They were amazing with him and our family, answering all of our questions, while being incredibly knowledgeable, personable and kind. We’re incredibly lucky to have Better Lives Animal Hospital in our town to help us with all of our furry family members!

Dr Ed and staff go above and beyond. Are boy Ringo 15 years old a very sick kitty got taken care of quickly and they had a full house and no opening he was quite sick. But they worked on him and we asked Ed to give him a few shots. We weren't ready to say goodbye. 48 hours later our littles was showing us he was fighting he did fight and all looks good great job all. We thank you so so much. The Killmers

Dr Decort & his staff show nothing but professionalism & compassion for our furbabies….we wouldn’t think about going anywhere else!! We recently had to make a very difficult decision about putting our cat to sleep and everyone at Better Lives were so caring, making us feel like family. ✝️

I’m disappointed that such a well loved vet office hasn’t returned any calls and there seems to be no one available to pick up the phone. I have waited a week between three separate calls and have never received a single response.
