Discovered this office a few years ago. Originally my first cat as a 12 year old was spayed at this office. I am now in my 40s. I re-discovered this office as an adult and visited all through the pandemic. Protocols were always followed! Dr. Ordas and Staff are always kind and take the time to explain everything thoroughly regarding any issues presented or for just annual check ups. Just a wonderful place that cares for your fur-family members. We have had many teeth cleanings for our dogs and cats throughout the years at other vets... this was the first time where there were images presented of the before and after! This office is not just a money grab as so many other have felt! They genuinely care and it feels like a human visit. Unfortunately today we had to put a member of our family down; Niles. Everyone, including Dr. Ordas was just so sweet to my husband and me. Compassionate and warm. Never thought that I would be able to get through losing Niles... the office made it a bit easier. Thank you Steinway Court vet and Dr. Ordas. There are so many more wonderful things to say but this is all that I could muster for now.

After months of not being able to take my dog to get groomed because she doesn't like the sound of the clippers I was left with no choice but to reach out to a vet. So many vets gave me the round around, but not Steinway. Not only are they super compassionate and empathetic but they are courteous, professional and took the time out to educate me. My fur baby LADY looks and feels great. I'm relieved to know that I can go to SCV and know she is in good hands. 🐶❤️👨🏻⚕️❤️🐱

I brought my cat here for an annual check up last week and I’m so happy I found this office. The appointment started on time and we were in and out within 20 minutes. I appreciated Dr. Ordas’ bedside manner and everyone’s kindness. Not sure if my cat looks forward to coming back but we found our new vet home! Thank you!
