To begin with, it is the first time that I have come with my kitten to this chain of veterinary clinics, my satisfaction is really 10/10 since we entered, the staff welcomed us with a big smile that made me feel safe and with the peace of mind that I was in the place. correct. The care Mara received from DR. Ruby NG was incredible, the information I received from DR. It made me understand a lot why Mara had so much chronic vomiting. I typically prefer neighborhood vets over chain vets — because no one wants to feel like just a number, but Bond Vet Astoria has made Gunner and I feel welcomed by the entire staff. All have been very communicative and felt very well taken care of. The technology and follow up since his first appointment has been amazing.

From the moment we walked in, the staff's warm and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease.Not only did they greet us with genuine smiles, but they also went above and beyond to make sure both Wuhuarou and I felt comfortable throughout our visit. They conducted a thorough examination of Wuhuarou, addressing all of my concerns and questions with patience and expertise. Their extensive knowledge not only reassured me but also helped me better understand my pet's health.I must highlight the incredible support provided by Dr. Zhu. Their expertise shone through as they meticulously examined Wuhuarou and explained every step of the process to me. Dr. Zhu's recommendations were spot-on and tailored to Wuhuarou's specific needs, which gave me confidence in the care they provided.

The team at Bond Vet Astoria took amazing care of my boy Kane. Dr Toulouse and her team are wonderful. Holly in reception was so welcoming and Stephanie the assistant was very informative. I love it here they are the best.

The workers at Bond Vet are all extremely kind and welcoming. They truly cared about my two kitties and made sure to cover all the bases when one of them was behaving strangely. The clinic itself is also incredibly clean and comfortable. Both the assistants and veterinarians are incredibly friendly and make sure to explain everything to you in-depth. I highly recommend this place, especially if you worry a lot about your pet! :)
