While visiting from out of town, my dog was attacked by another dog that ended in trauma & puncture wounds. The Otter Lake office was able to get him in right away. From the first phone call, to the discharge & follow up, they were compassionate & capable every step of the way. I’m very grateful they were right down the road from where it happened, got us in, & took good care.

I called and they open in the morning my retriever had gotten into something the afternoon before by the next morning she was both vomiting and had had excessive diarrhea. The receptionist was able to get me in by 1:00 they treated Basil with fluids checked her all over and gave me the medication that she needed and the information I needed regarding her diet. By the next morning I had my retriever back to her 16 month old self. It's such a relief to have vet assistance this close.

This vet clinic has a wonderful, small town feel with a wonderful staff. They provide caring service and are very thorough. We have never been pushed but have been provided enough information to make educated decisions about our furry family members and treatment. Don't let the small size fool you, this is a top notch place.

The folks there are great. Drop Jax off and pick up later. Everything was explained about his surgery. He was in good hands...

My wife and I have been bringing our pets here for years and have done so for a reason. The doctors and staff are outstanding and always take great care of our fur children :) . We always felt very comfortable with any procedures or even basic checkups. They always call and update us on how whichever pet is doing while they are there to ease our anxieties. We are thankful to have them!!
