My dog a month ago was positive for roundworms and I was not notified at all until my month later appointment in person they told me then my dog is only 3 months and wasn’t growing the way she was suppose to because of the roundworms and then I called them to tell them that my other dog was exposed to it and they told me to come and get him a free dewormer on Friday and then I called and they said they never said that and they said they are not going to just give him a free dewormer.

They do a great job. However, my dog has liver problems and must see an internal specialist. Banfeld admits that they are a general practicing only.

We have been Bringing our Ireland Marie to Banfield for a majority of her Lucky🍀 Life life, the kindness and compassion💜 makes us feel at ease, especially when we have to drop her off for her dental🦷 cleanings. They are always mindful and have great regard towards our Ireland, we have never once had any kind of issues with Banfield and the pet insurance they offer is pretty affordable for fur babies. We highly recommend

Have always had a great experience with Banfield but yesterday was the first time we've had to have one of our furbabies undergo surgery not just 1 procedure but 2 at the same time... Dr. Schneible put in work and went above and beyond... He had roughly 30 bladder stones removed but there's one that she worked on for over a half hr that just wouldn't budge but she tried a and took great care of our baby
