My 3 yr old yorkie mix was fed grapes. We took her to Silver Birch and it was well worth it. They made sure that the grapes were out of her system so there will not be any further damage. My fur baby is home with me safe and healthy because of them. AWESOME STAFF, very friendly, knowledgeable and informative.

They treated my jill with kindness and most of all, knew how to treat her illness. Thank you, Silver Birch Vet. She is doing really well now. The itching and scratching has stopped..no dreaded meds to wreck her kidneys. She's resting peacefully now.

Highly recommend Silver Birch. They are efficient and empathetic. They listen to your concerns and go above and beyond to give your pet the best care possible. After being seen there yesterday and receiving the diagnosis, we have scheduled the surgery our dog needs at Silver Birch. Much needed veterinary care in the North Country. Thank you!

My Newfoundland was having ear pain and couldn't get into our vet. They were so accommodating and got him right in. He is nervous about walking on laminate floors due to slipping in the past. The amazing staff jumped into action pulled rugs from the waiting room and made a path to get him to the exam room. Once in the room they were so kind and gentle with him. I liked they did testing and actually found out what the issue was instead of just guessing and throwing expensive medicine at us to try. I'm so glad they are here. The North Country definitely needed them.

They were the only vet that got back to me when my 13 year old dog was showing some concerning symptoms. They got us in same-day, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to ask me important questions while explaining everything to me. The vet seemed to genuinely care (which some of the places up here do not) about my dog, and switched up his approach when he noticed my dog was uncomfortable. Pretty great experience overall, I'd take my boy here again.
