I really appreciate this practice! They are very personal and explain all aspects of the exam and are willing to flex care plan. Dr Santiago was amazing with my parrot! The staff was also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend West End for exotic pet care

We love Dr. Santiago and the staff!! They are all so caring and wonderful. We took our guinea pig, Dallas, in because she was sick. Dr. Santiago was able to diagnose her quickly, explain everything, and even gave her 1st dose of meds so we knew how to give them correctly. She and the staff were gentle and loving to our sweet girl and patiently answered our many questions. They had a "full house" but they never rushed.

If you're looking for a vet for your lizard (or any other four legged family member,) look no further! Expert, compassionate care. The vet is wonderful and the staff is friendly, and helpful. A true jewel of a vet!

I will recommend West End vet to anyone. They're doing a really good Job. It's been 3 years now since I bring my dog to this vet. Always satisfied.
