My family +friend helping a cat that was found in a box on side of road.Tossed like trash. Over $400 cat returned the same. Not much done to help it and wouldn't keep at least til Saturday. I'm glad I don't bring my own cats here

Very disappointed. Called Saturday and went down there and beg them to have my 20 year old dog put to sleep. They told me cant do it till Tuesday. Well he passed at home on sunday. Shame on you. Very heartless. Then today march 23th 2023. I asked them for help with a different dog. Since hes new client they refused to see him. Shame on you.

Wonderful, friendly staff who always remember our pets when we visit. We have special needs cat, who they take very very good care of when she needs work done. Dr. Skinner is very responsive with answering any questions, and she is also very honest about situations, which I appreciate.
