Called on a Sunday due to a colicking emergency. Spoke with their answering service who was going to reach out to the Dr and have them call me. Didn't hear anything so I called back a while later. The answering service said they spoke with the vet already and confirmed they would be calling. Never received a call. Thankfully got assistance from Cornell.

I wish I could comment to those who gave 1 star. After looking at their other reviews, majority of their reviews had 1 star. Not too confident in their opinion. Leatherstocking Vet has always been fantastic for my 28 year old gelding! They are quick to visit when I have an issue! My boy had severe edema. They diagnosed him with Lymes recently and they came out right away! I was somehow shorted 6 days of Doxy and they provided the remainder that morning! Very friendly and caring staff with a great deal of experience!! Just an FYI, they are backed by one of the best Vet Colleges around!
