They were able to squeeze Little Jelly Bean in, long wait, but worth taking her in. They were great with her and gave her fluids.

Called to see if I could get my cat fixed and the lady who answered the phone had an attitude for no reason. All I did was say I'm looking to get him fixed and was told "what you don't have a vet for your cat." ( I do but they cant get him fixed until the end of April) I figured I would call around and see if I can try to get him in sooner. I was told that they Are not taking in new clients at the time (which I understand) and she told me I should just keep my cat inside and I dont know what to tell you. I already keep him inside he's an indoor only cat. I did not give any attitude and did not deserve to be treated as such. Very poor customer service.
