They help you take care of your pet like family and will tell you straight when something you are doing may not be the most beneficial for your pet and give you alternatives. They took me for an emergency with my dog (first time ever being there and they were getting ready to close) who had gotten a stick caught in between his teeth across the roof of his mouth. They were very calm, and wonderful with my big fur baby. Great team there!

Dr. Bruck and staff very knowledgeable and caring. You are treated like a person and not like a number like in the larger clinics in the Syracuse area. Dr. Bruck accesses your pet without jumping to expensive tests and procedures that may not be needed. Cannot find a better place to care for your fur babies.
