Have to leave a message to get a call back for an appointment which can be hard & not accepting new clients which makes it hard to get a local vet. This would be a 2 or 3 star rating for this part alone. When your pet does get in for an appointment the vets are great and listen to your concerns with your pet would give 5 stars for. With this said this is why they get the rating they do.

The Vets here are wonderful. They work with you on minimum procedures to save you money. We had an emergency with our dog. We were able to have tests, get 4 medications, full exam, nails trimmed, and walked out with a bill under $300. Thank God for them since we are retired and on a fixed income.

I've been taking my pets here my whole adult life, my parents have taken their pets here. I have 100% trust in faith in the staff at Howes Cave.

Staff are really good with our 2 big dogs. Cost is very reasonable. Sometimes wait is a little long. Definitely would recommend them.
