Great doctor. Saw us in an emergency on a Sunday but he was not hurried and cared for our dog in a loving caring manner. He's not our regular vet, but twice he has helped us with emergencies when our vet was not available.

The vet was thorough with his examination. He explained needed care and preventative tests and medications. The office is clean, appointments are reasonable to get.

Dr. Koch and his staff are great they have treated us with respect and have given our pets love like they where there own pets. They are the best will not take my pets anywhere else. They have saved my bulldog who is my everything and I just can't thank them enough. Any emergency that we have had they have gotten us in right away

Took my dog to this place been going there since January 2023 and doctor just kept proscribing antibiotics and my dogs condition was very bad and he just kept giving use the run around I feel like we where taken advantage of and when we asked questions he would get very snippy with us after about 4 months we decided to take her to Nanda veterinary hospital and they found the diagnosis and we have a treatment plan.I would not recommend taking your pets to Hornell animal hospital.
