I’m so happy Herkimer Veterinary Associates took us on as a new patient. My cat has an irritated eye and they got us right in. It was quick and painless and they answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet!

I have always had a positive experience with both the Herkimer location and the West Winfield location. They have taken great care of my cats from vaccinations, spaying and neutering, ear care and with the loss of one of my elderly cats that had to be put down due to illness. The entire staff has always been kind and professional. I highly recommend them at either locations.

Left ME disappointed once again. AFTER 6 YEARS Not trustful. My animal deserves so much better care than they could provide me. Would NOT RECOMMEND. RUDE TO MY MOTHER. NOT ACCEPTABLE. after surgery would not have me back to my included 2 week check back apt. What kind of people leave your animal with holes in his mouth after surgery w stitches and now not allowed back due to i lost my confidence in them. Unbelievable. Truth hurts. They ruined his eyes over and over lets try this lets try that. Years of let down. Thank you for the shunning. We will be best off without you
