I've been going to CVA for 25 years and they have always gone several steps beyond with their care for my dogs and cats. They show genuine interest in each animal and make sure that what might be traumatic for them is instead a pleasant experience. They always have time to answer questions and fill in the blanks when you don't know what to ask. Always a good experience!

Love it here! I travel from New Hartford to bring my pets here. Staff is always friendly and courteous. I'm never felt rushed or just another customer. My pets are well cared for. Highly recommend

I brought my cat in here for the first time since moving. I was highly nervous to bring him. But the doctors and everyone else were wonderful. They took such good care of simba and were gentle with him.

I love this place & its staff . After taking my kitty somewhere else for some issues and not getting the care we needed we tried Cooperstown veterinary and we are so pleased with them . The vet is so friendly and all the Staff are wonderful . ❤️
