I thought they were great at first glance, until a real vet had to review my dog's paperwork. My dog has been microchipped since I got him at 5 months old- no one at Vetco ever scanned him for it, so of course his chip number wasn't on anything. I also come to realize they have never vaccinated him for lepto- which makes me question what they're really doing. Now I am on a time crunch because I have to travel outside of the country with no one to give me answers on why these things weren't' done.

These people act like they dislike dogs, cats and people. Drove 30mins to be told my cat could not be seen due to us not having a carrier. However, the cat was seen without a carrier the tome before. Dave and Dr.Caffrey seemed like they just wanted to go home on a Friday afternoon. At no point during their confirmation messages it stated the cat needed a carrier. These people are so incompetent, the lady before me was shocked her dog has not gotten a rabies vaccine for 2 years and no one caught on while she thought her dog had it.The turnover at this location is insane. You see someone different every time. Waited 15mins because two people at the front could not figure out how to solve one problem. Hire people who actually like pets and their job

The vet services were courteous, kind and very gentle with my dog Dawn. The vet explained what was happening and she was very nice. My 5 year old American hound was able to get her vaccines and wellness check. So happy with their services!

We felt heard, the staff is always nice but the Vet and her assistant were really great and they treated our cat very well, with care and with no rush.

I haven't received my records that I administered my dog rabies vaccine. I have a grooming appointment December 10, 2025 , and have no proof of the vaccination.
