Going to piggyback on the previous review on certain things with our own experiences. This vet has failed to return my calls multiple times when my horse needed bloodwork done in a timely manner along with his medicine he needed. We have been long-term clients. Promised days that would work just to call back and say no can do. But they'll come the same day for an emergency fee asap? Yeah no. They were supposed to get back to me and not once but twice never called me back about questions/concerns regarding these matters. All this as my horse is deteriorating thanks to their unprofessionalism and kicking the can down the road. Also misdiagnosed my horse to supposedly having little to no teeth years back... Just to find out years later (thanks to Jordan Grosman DVM) he actually has ALL his teeth except for two. Kind of a huge difference. Got the medicine and bloodwork done 3+ days after Granville said they would call me back thanks to Jordan. Call Jordan Grossman DVM if you want a vet that is caring, thorough (like ya know actually checking their teeth), and doesn't charge nearly as much. Could have lost my horse over these folks if I kept waiting on them. Glad I took the previous reviewer's advice. I still never got a call back

High priced get your wallet out. You will be asked to pay that day even if you have been a customer for years and referred them to a farm that made them thousands. Even on emergent cases. Call Jordan Grosman DVM she was wonderful
