I cannot say enough about how wonderful and caring the people at Roundtop are! They are kind, sensitive, professional and very well-organized. We were taken right in for an emergency visit. The tech took the time to explain everything and helped to calm rocky when getting his temp and blood taken. I was given his meds on the spot, which is also a plus.

The doctor handles herself unprofessionally and talks about customers private information to others. I am very upset my information was spread to others because of her. In the end, i found a professional doctor with real canine behavior experience. If her meaning the (“doctor” ) as she calls herself, behavior continues i will seek legal action.

I do NOT recommend this facility. I’m sure this vet clinic helped some people. But, I feel like Doctor Tucker might be taking on more then she can handle. We took our senior dog there several times. She threw multiple medications at him, with out any diagnosis. He got worse every day. The 3rd and final time we took him there, she told us to say our goodbyes. Following that last visit we took him to South Peak, where he was properly diagnosed. But, it was too late. We said goodbye to our baby yesterday. And, we will forever regret taking him to this facility.
