Great vet! They were able to see my dog the same week I called even though we’d never been there before. They took a lot of time with us and didn’t feel rushed. Everyone was very nice and and the vet and tech made my dog very comfortable and thoroughly explained everything to me. Would definitely recommend The inside of the building is also good vibes, cool furniture it looks like a house and made my dog more comfortable.

I have a 16 month old puppy who has a severe genetic condition in her heart. I called Saturday for an appointment with the cardiologist, whom she saw before at another place she goes. Well just so happen the Dr. was going to be there Monday and they told Me to call first thing in the morning on Monday. I called and found out they saved an opening for Daisy!! I was blown away and started tearing up and that jester. I live an hour away, never been there and they saved a spot with the cardiologist!! Who does that?!?! They do!! We got there and let me tell you the staff is so friendly and absolutely do care!!! The building is an old barn that has been totally redone and is gorgeous!! Elemental Vets offer so many needed services, friendly and caring. I am so over joyed with them and the care they gave Daisy, along how they told Is everything happening. I will be using them much more often, yes even with the drive I have because they are amazing and caring people. Jami D

After striking out with getting an MRI local to us in Albany, we called Cornell for help. Their MRI machine was down so they recommended we go down the road to Elemental Pet Vets. We were very lucky to get an appointment and have our dachshund, Iggy, seen. Before making the 3 hour trip - we called with a ton of questions and Austin at the front desk was patient and informative! When we arrived, Austin the veterinary assistant greeted us, completed intake paperwork, and answered any questions we had. Shortly after, Dr. Dewey met with us and did a full physical exam with Iggy. He had a very knowledgeable, transparent discussion with us about Iggy’s condition and made a plan for us! We confidently handed Iggy off for his MRI. All staff took great care of him during his visit! The MRI confirmed Dr. Dewey’s physical exam findings and we were able to get Iggy into emergency surgery at Cornell. Brandi seamlessly coordinated our transfer to Cornell. They had all of his information and the MRI results when we arrived. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. We are so thankful for everyone at Elemental Pet Vets!!!

Top notch care. All of the staff were very friendly and sweet to me & my dogs. One of my dogs is very scared of most vets and won't even let them touch him, but he is not scared there and does great! I've taken multiple dogs there now and they've all done wonderfully. Dr. Dewey is very knowledgeable and a fabulous doctor, and his team is lovely. I've always felt my dogs are in great hands there. They were diagnosed quickly, effectively, and their treatment plans have all worked very well. They've helped my dogs so much. I can't say enough good things about this practice!

Seventh Heaven Rescue

Dr Dewey and his staff are extraordinary We are so fortunate to have his practice here in central NY. He is a dedicated neurologist and surgeon and is internationally recognized. He diagnosed a puppy in my rescue within minutes that was essentially paralyzed and unable to walk. Her diagnosis evaded many vets before she got to him. He had her on her feet and running in a week. His experience and knowledge is exceptional. He’s also very personable. He has treated 2 other dogs in my rescue successfully as well as one of my personal dogs recently. His staff are pleasant and compassionate. I highly recommend EPV and cannot say enough good about them. I’m so glad I found them.
