We were cruising through on the Erie Canal, heading back to Michigan, and our little Scottie dog needed stitches taken out and this Animal Hospital took them out for no charge. The reception area is clean and airy, the receptionists were very friendly, and the vet was quick and personable. If we lived in the area we would definitely take our little boy here.

This is my favorite vet hospital around! The entire staff is kind and informative, which is a breath of fresh air after our previous vet! Clean office, easy to schedule online or over the phone, and got my sweet old cat in quickly!

Staff is very kind and compassionate. Facility is very clean. I called at 8am for an emergency visit for my duck. I'm not a regular customer there, but they got me in at 930am with no hesitation. Sadly my boy was too far gone and passed away while we were there. The Dr. was so kind as he broke the news to me. I was obviously emotional and they gave me the time I needed to process. As I asked questions and started to blame myself, he was very empathetic and helped put my mind at ease by explaining what may have caused this and my options for cremation if desired. I know I repeated questions and comments but he patiently repeated himself. I never felt rushed out of the room while I took my time to grieve. I am so thankful for their efforts and willingness to help so quickly. They were kind enough to not charge me for the visit considering the situation.

The staff at fairport animal hospital is always friendly and helpful! I've never had a bad experience with them. We've brought our animals to Dr Hall for the past 10+years and he is the best! You can tell he has a passion for what he does and treats your animals as his own❤️

We have brought our maltipoo to Fairport Animal Hospital since she was a puppy, almost 10 years. The techs and assistants are wonderful! We love Dr. Ortez and Dr. Hall! They have always taken great care of our fur baby! Highly recommend them!
