Do not trust these people with your beloved pets. Dr Elmore offered no help no solutions and didn’t want to help my sweet baby girl.

This veterinary clinic showed a concerning lack of care and professionalism. They refused to examine our cat to determine what was wrong, instead suggesting that we take him to Cornell without first ensuring he was stable. They even asked if we wanted to euthanize him but were unwilling to reassess his condition based on his previous care. There was no compassion for the life of our pet. Fortunately, another local vet was willing to examine him, stabilize him, and provide the necessary care. It’s heartbreaking to think he might not have survived the trip to Cornell. I strongly recommend seeking a more compassionate and thorough veterinarian before bringing your pet here.

I can’t say enough positive comments about Dr Elmore. We had a sick dog that ended up passing away. Prior to his passing, Dr Elmore researched and thoroughly spent time on what the problem could be. He called us back after several phone calls and visits trying to figure out what route to take. The time he spent on our dog and his professionalism will always be remembered during such a difficult time for our family. We are lucky to have him as our vet.

I love this veterinary facility! The staff and the Vet we saw were awesome on so many levels! They took my budget into consideration and prioritized my little Pet Lucy's needs. Lucy was very shy around the staff, but came around, and landed the Vet a big wet kiss on her face...Lucy and I would definitely recommend them to any pet Mom or Dad. Came here with an emergency as this place is labeled as a hospital. Clearly they are not as they wouldn’t even check our cat to see if he was stable. Had zero compassion and couldn’t care less if our cat died.
