I'll start this review by explaining that I am the Practice Manager at an amazing veterinary hospital out of state. On Sunday we were visiting my home town of Endicott when my dog was injured. I called Endicott Animal Hospital, explained who I was and why I was here. The doctor was completely rude, disinterested and unconcerned about my poor pup. Not once did he show sympathy, ask how she was, or even what happened. He didn't care about her medical state, he only cared that we were not clients there. He told me he wouldn't help and that we'd have to make the hour drive to Ithaca. We did go to Colonial Animal hospital in Ithaca. It was not convenient, but they were amazing. The doctors at my practice are on call 24-7 and answer many, many calls, and come in at all hours, from people all over the country who are non-clients. The Binghamton area has to do better for our pets in need, and this uncaring doctor certainly does.

Friendly staff. The hours are odd now but they do their best to get you in as soon as possible. My pet is crazy but it doesn't seem to phase Dr.Wilhelm !

My 10 month old cat was hit by a car the receptionist said and I quote " were understaffed and can't find anyone due to covid " no referral or anything . I would never call this place again .

After a bad experience with our Vet in Ohio I was blown away by this practice. Efficient, and they educated me on some better techniques to give medications to our dogs. Highly recommend
