The owner, vets, techs and reception crew are all compassionate and kind. I wasn't the easiest client, as I was under incredible stress and fear for my pet. They showed me empathy and generosity when they really didn't have to. I was met with humanity and grace and the professionals truly tried everything within their power to help my animal and work with me regarding finances. I was humbled by my experience at Dansville Animal Hospital and would recommend them highly to anyone. Good hearted people!

I had an issue with my dog - he's very high strung (& 117#) & the staff was so kind & helpful. Even as wound up as he was, they were sweet, kind & as gentle with him as they could be.

Awesome place one of my mom's dogs had complications giving birth and needed emergency surgery and they were able to save her life I'll always be greatful for the memories I was able to make with her for the years after that and the fact that she was able to be truly happy till the very end even though her age got to her sadly her breed doesn't typically live very long though she lived on longer than any other dog of her breed I ever knew
