A concierge veterinarian is such a blessing for our life! Laura and Lauren were so professional, gentle and friendly with my cats Blaze and Zoe. It felt natural to have them in my home. Both their exams were easy and they both received their vaccinations, and Dr. Laura provided excellent alt cat food reccos for me. Both my cats were cuddly and running around the same night. We were all relaxed and am so grateful 🩷

Dr. Laura Parente has known my dog Oskar for years and has always been someone I trust when it comes to his care. I reach out to her often for advice on things I should be doing for him, and she’s always thoughtful, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. Oskar is so comfortable with her, which says a lot. Having a mobile vet who truly cares about the animals she treats makes such a difference. We’re so grateful for her and would highly recommend Bay Veterinary to anyone looking for compassionate concierge service!

The team at Bay Veterinary is the best out there and I cannot recommend them highly enough! I trust very few people with the care of my three rescue dogs, particularly after our previous vet misdiagnosed our dog’s mast cell tumor multiple times. Thanks to Dr. Parente’s thoroughness, she was able to correctly diagnose the tumor and perform surgery to completely remove it. I am incredibly thankful to have found such a compassionate vet that does not rush through visits and treats my dogs like her own. And best yet, Dr. Parente and Lauren schedule house calls! With three large dogs it is nearly impossible for me to bring all at the same time for their vet visits, making the house calls extremely convenient while also providing a more relaxing environment for my dogs so they are not stressed. In fact, they get so excited when Dr. Parente and Lauren visit. Bay Veterinary is such an amazing team and we are so lucky to have found them - they are now like family to us! ❤️

So grateful for Bay Veterinarians regarding the care given to my puggle, Liberty. I came back from vacation and noticed Liberty was not feeling well at all. My dog has some anxiety and is very hyper but Bay Veterinarians lowered her stress and made her feel comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend Bay Veterinarians to all my friends who have pets. A+++++

Dr. Parente is truly an amazing veterinarian. She has taken care of our dog ever since we rescued her, and we honestly don’t know what we would do without her. She has guided us through countless situations over the years, including multiple surgeries, dental cleanings, and a mass removal, always with incredible care and expertise. Lauren, the vet technician, is also wonderful and a fantastic member of the team. One moment that really stands out was when our dog ate a large amount of chocolate while we were on vacation. Our dog is like our baby, and I called Dr. Parente completely panicked. She remained calm, reassured us, and guided us step by step through exactly what to do to keep our dog safe. Her steady presence in that moment meant everything to us. It has also been incredibly convenient now that Dr. Parente is a concierge veterinarian. Having her come to our home to check on our dog has made such a difference, especially with our busy schedule. She is always willing to answer questions, quick to get back to me, and truly takes the time to review our dog’s health. She is never in a rush and always makes sure we feel informed and supported. Dr. Parente genuinely cares, and it shows in every interaction. I highly recommend her.
