The experience is as good as can be for my pet, a dog. They are caring and efficient. I highly recommend the Vet and his staff. I only wish they still had boarding as I always felt confident when I left my pet with them. This is a professional organization!

This office overcharged for services it never gave my pet. I took my cat in for vomiting and he was given fluids only. It was $600. They also put tape on my cat's fur when he went in for a cut. It traumatized my cat.

Great vet with terrific support staff. Dr. Kaufman has been treating our 14-year-old dog Shadow since she was a puppy. He has provided excellent advice and care on many issues big and small. I grew up with lots of animals, and have know a lot of vets over the years, and Dr. Kaufman is one of the best. I once called him at 2 am with an emergency and he calmly talked me through how to solve the problem. He is a great listener and explainer. His office is extremely well run. Appointments are on time and insurance forms filled out quickly. His staff could not be nicer or more competent. He donates care to wildlife and has a rescue dog. Dr. Kaufman has always been there for Shadow.

Dr. Kaufman and his staff are great. Our cat and dog both go there. We used to live in the city and the vet we went to had us make unnecessary visits to double bill, we were shocked when we saw that Dr. Kaufman did not do this.
