Preventive care

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

They are the most affordable in Buffalo and have treated my kitty Eleanor since she was a kitten; she is 7 now. They always give her lots of love and the staff is so gentle and kind to her as if it was their own pet, and we had a great experience yesterday. Everyone is friendly and they answer all your questions and concerns as needed, and they don't shame you. My only upset is that my appointment was at 4:20 and I didn't get pulled back until 4:55, but it was busy. Maybe short staffed, but Eleanor was given great treatment and we weren't rushed around at all, so that made up for the wait. I really love this vet office!!

I called on Friday (7/7) to pay an outstanding balance and provided my new card info for the paw plan, I was told I was all set. Then I got an email today (7/13) saying there is still a balance, so I called the office for an explanation and Jessica told me she doesn't know who I spoke with at the time of payment, but the balance was from June. Unfortunately, I requested to cancel the paw plan since no one knows what is going on and why I received another past due bill when the outstanding balance was paid in full a few days ago per the info I was given by phone on 7/7. It makes no sense!

Great vet who spends time to understand your pet and takes time to answer all your questions. They are very knowledgeable and caring, and don't try and upsell things to you. 10/10.
