How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Knoll's End Animal Hospital

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

The doctors have such big hearts and they care for their animal patients And parents with much love and attention. The staff is excellent. I could tell you stories but it would take too long.

Dr. Jim say my boy today for hind end weakness, knuckling with right hip flexor instability. It was an amazing experience watching him work with Trigger with chiropractic, acupuncture and muscle testing. I left feeling so excited knowing that we are on the right path with integrative healing. Thank you Dr. Jim and your wonderful staff

Dr. Jim O'Krepki and his staff make it clear that they genuinely care about the animals that they treat. Dr. Jim has even called me between appointments to ask how my dog is doing, which is something you don't see a lot of. I was skeptical about accupuncture because I had no experience with it, but I believe that it did help to extend the time my dog was able to live comfortably.

Jim O'Krepki and staff are amazing with my pets. They are gentle and thoughtful and listen incredibly well. Dr. O'Krepki takes into account the whole health of the animal and offers everything that is needed, including chiropractic work, acupuncture and herbs. Both of my dogs have had chronic issues that were drastically improved by his wisdom and care.
