This has been the best experience I’ve had at any vet. My cat has been very sick, and I had taken her to two other vets in one month (including an emergency hospital), but Bellerose Animal Hospital was by far the most informative and compassionate. My cat had to be hospitalized for a night. They updated me every time there was news, and I truly felt like my little girl was being cared for with love and attention. Thank you to everyone at this location — from the kind reception staff to the assistants and doctors — each person was incredibly helpful, patient, and informative. I’m so grateful for everything you did for us.

Called Bellerose Animal Hospital one evening this week on an emergency basis for a pregnant cat I was fostering who had given birth to 7 kittens a week earlier who suddenly had fallen ill. I didn't think she was going to make it through the night. I was happy this hospital was open until 10pm. The person answering the phone at Bellerose made an appt for us to come right in. It was our 1st time there. The girl at the front desk gave me some forms to fill out but was led into an exam room shortly after our arrival. The vet tech took a quick history of the mother cat before Dr. Taddeo came in. The mother cat had to be sedated to be examined because she was too reactive from removing her from her kittens. Dr. Taddeo spent a lot of time examining her & found she had a fever caused by an infection & was very dehydrated. Dr. Taddeo treated her with fluids, B12, and antibiotics. She saved her life and gave me suggestions going forward in treating the mother at home. I received a call from Bellerose the next day asking how the mother cat was, and 2 days later had spoken to Dr. Taddeo about her condition. I was pleased to report that the mother cat was doing really well. I followed the Dr's. suggestions to a T. She asked that I call her should I incur any further issues with the mother cat & wanted an update on her condition in a couple of weeks. I can't thank Dr. Taddeo & her staff for their kindness & caring in our time of need. I highly recommend Dr. Taddeo & Bellerose Animal Hospital.

I highly recommend!!!! I’m extremely satisfied and happy with everything about Bellerose Animal Hospital. Dr. Hernandez is absolutely amazing—empathetic, intelligent, and truly dedicated. She helped my dog with a chronic anal gland issue that had been inflamed for months and that no other professional was able to resolve. The laser treatment also made a huge difference. I’m so grateful to the entire team!

All I know is, is that they are a concerned bunch, whom my daughter is happy with. Her dog Cooper has been under their care for a while, and right now is in there just on the good side of an emergency and I feel he could not be in better hands. Let's see what tomorrow brings since it is heart related, but as I pray I want to let other people know how good they are Bob Girard, Cooper's Grandpa ♥️

I wanted to share my experience at Bellrose Animal Hospital, This place deserves a solid 5 stars! Dr. Hernandez and her staff were the best and helped me throughout my experience with my dog. My baby girl Chanel had Pyometra, which was the scariest thing I've ever experienced, and watching her suffer had me so worried! Before coming here, I did try other spots and felt hopeless because of their lack of empathy and concern. I almost gave up, then my sister came across Bellrose Animal Hospital. Right away, my family and I felt comfortable leaving our dog in their hands. For the first time, I felt safe, I knew they weren't after my money, and really wanted to help Chanel. Dr. Hernandez even brought the bill down due to not having to perform/ do extra stuff during Chanel's surgery. All I know is that Dr. Hernandez and her staff really care! Thank you Dr. Hernandez and staff!!
