Preventive care

Managed to get sick dog visit quickly & the vet & vet tech were very thorough collecting background info & performing physical exam. Vet discussed results & options for further testing. Receptionist very personable & accommodating.

Just went to Beacon Veterinary Associates for the 3rd time, and they have always been so kind and accommodating. My dog can be difficult because vet visits make him nervous, but the staff here has been beyond patient with him. So happy we found our new vet

I only trusted Beacon Vet with my cat Diva, and wouldn’t consider bringing my puppy, Zephyr, anywhere else. They are thorough and kind and treat my puppy like one of their own. Thank you Beacon Vet! Highly recommend.

My 12.5 year old Labrador Retriever was recently diagnosed with kidney disease, and I had to put him down. Beacon Vet told me that they tried to reach me one year ago after his previous annual because his kidney levels were elevated at that time. I never received the call because they called an old number that was still listed in their call system. However, for the past year I was also still receiving promotional text messages to my current number, which they confirmed they did have on file as my updated contact info. The lack of diligence in trying to reach me and relay such important information, yet still continue to market expensive services and products to me, indicates not only neglect but a business focus, rather than pet care focus. Even during his last exam when he was sick, the woman behind the counter still tried to get me to schedule an annual exam which includes the same services we just received. As indicated by others below, they feel like money grubbers. This is the first google review I have ever taken the time to write because I hope it serves as a warning to people searching for a vet in the area or validation to others who’ve had similar experiences. I’m sure their response to this post will be another attempt to gaslight me as that’s the treatment I received from the manager when I complained. An admittance of their fault and an apology would have been the professional and compassionate approach for a grieving dog mom.

The staff members at Beacon Veterinary Associates are compassionate and thoroughly professional to a person. I’m so grateful to bring my female cat, who is approaching her senior years…as are we, her humans…to this office. They are extra vigilant with her and extra patient with us. Wonderful work!
