In May of 2019 my dog of 15 years could not go on living pain free. It was a Sunday afternoon and she did not want to get up. I knew it was time to let my best friend rest. I called North Shore for an inquiry and from the moment I spoke on the phone I could hear the sympathetic tone of the woman taking my call. I was informed that the office would close at 7pm but they would wait for my arrival if need be. When I arrived 30 minutes before closing I was guided to a room and allowed as much time as I needed with my furry friend. The staff was not only incredibly helpful but they were also genuinely kind and comforting. I walked in with my friend and way later in the evening I walked out without her. This animal hospital is truly something else and I highly recommend it to anyone who cherishes their furry friend. I can not thank North Shore enough for their help and compassion.

This is my go to vet for everything from checkups to boarding. The staff are always pleasant and professional. It's obvious they care a great deal about their work. Bonus: You can adopt a cat from here! (I'm always struggling with my self control on this one as my furbaby is territorial.)
