Every member of the staff that I talked to was friendly, answered any questions I had, and they take COVID seriously. It was beyond difficult to even find a place that accepts new clients in the Albany area during this pandemic, but they did. Great experience so far!

We have been using Colonie Animal Hospital for a little over 12 years. We have always found them to be Professional and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed although I know they are busy. They answer all of my questions. And they have a nice way of dealing with our puppy.

We've been bringing our pets to Colonie Animal Hospital for a very long time. It is a great place. The people there are knowledgeable, professional, kind, and caring. They have taken such good care of each of our pets, 6 over the years. Great place to bring your pets!!

I have been taking my pets to Colonie Animal Hospital for about 30 years, through several generations of animals. I no longer live close by, but I still make the trip to bring my pets to this vet. They are competent, trustworthy, very caring, and highly knowledgeable. Everyone there takes the time to explain and answer questions. It is apparent by their demeanor that they love the pets in their care. I will continue seeing them as a client for many years to come.

They are a great place for your furbaby. They are a realistic, affordable and conscientious veterinary establishment. We've gone through many different vets and techs over the years and we continue to have a great relationship with them. All of the staff no us and our pup by name.
