This location was so clean and all of the Vet Techs that I met were so nice and sweet to our new adopted dog! Andee in particular was so kind, helpful, and understanding, she taught me so much and explained every aspect of the process thoroughly! I would love to give this location 5 stars, but the Vet herself was not very personable. Dr. Norworyta may have just been having an off day, but I would go to a different location if you were seeking veterinary care specifically. However, if you came here on their vaccination clinic days where the vet techs primarily help then I would recommend that

I need to say that the team at this location is incredible! 1st- Making an appointment at a new veterinarian's office is always scary because you dont know what to expect and how understanding and the quality of care will be, but I'm so glad I went here. Making an appointment was super easy online as I needed a vet visit quickly for my little guy who was experiencing severe diarrhea. Upon arrival at the office (I was the first appt), Andee was very welcoming and took all my information to get a good history of what could possibly have caused the sudden illness. Dr. Caver was thorough and presented all options to help me figure out what steps to take to resolve Nicolas' upset belly. The very next day, Dr. Adem personally called me to let me know what the results were with my guy. This was a winning visit, and I just found my new permanent veterinarian office. Additionally, the prices are amazing (compared to my previous vet). I highly recommend this location as you will get the very best high-quality care. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and not judgmental.

I have had experience working in certain animal hospitals here in Las Vegas and it's different when it comes to your baby. My rescue Pitbull was broken out in hives like I've never seen and after a few days of treatment at home he was not improving. I thought for sure I was going to get blood work I was going to get tests etc etc. Not the case here. They were honest, they did exactly what needed to be done, and my Versace is on the road to recovery. The doctor explained everything thoroughly and the nurse was amazing even the check-in process and kiwi was perfection. Versace is very calm happy and feeling better. Thank you Nicole thank you Dr Jason and thank you Petco for opening this particular vetco and allowing people to get proper care for their four-legged children. I can tell that these are truly people that care about animals.

Upon arrival the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The facilities was fresh and clean. They asked questions about our fur babies that i thought were important. Service was great and communication was awesome!! They even shared some personal information based on their own experience that I will definitely be trying for my family. Thank you Dr. Ashman, Emma and Andy! Goku and Olie thanks you for keeping them healthy 🐶 🐶

The dr there was rude ! The assistant Andy super sweet but the dr her attitude was horrible I won’t ever bring my dog back there
