This is a reliable, knowledgeable animal clinic who truly cares about beloved cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, small animals, etc. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. We definitely recommend them!

I notice between my last visit and this visit you take the dogs in a separate room to do the shots which I find a bit weird. I don’t know why you wouldn’t do the shots with the comfort of the owner to help hold and soothe the animal. I could hear my dog cry 😭 not sure what’s going on I know shots aren’t pleasant. But I don’t know why I couldn’t be there. And it’s apparently a thing because this isn’t the first time it was done.

Everyone was great big shoutout to Ellie for making us feel comfortable especially after moving a big move. Also The DR. was GREAT she gave us some great tips to keep our dog calm from anxiety and she also made us feel like she cared. This will def be our go to vet moving forward. It felt like a community.
