Amazingly accommodating in a difficult situation with our dog! Friendly, caring, professional, and affordable! Extremely clean facility. Every person we dealt with, from front desk to vet tech to doctor, was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. If you need immediate care for your dog and your vet is not available, do not hesitate... call UrgentVet!! We are so glad we did!

My Boston had a terrible accident yesterday and after Tropicana Emergency turned us away I called this place. They were kind, quick and efficient. Everyone in this office was exceptional. Thank you so much for making a highly stressful situation much better. 5 Stars

Our boy hurt his leg (zoomies) our regular vet couldn't get us in until the next day. But, was obvious he was in pain. I found this place just trying to find anyone who could get us in. So simple to check in and reserve a spot. Easier than urgent care for humans. My boy is scared of everything. They didn't require he be taken out of the room. Which I think helped him out. Weight, doctor check everything was done on front of us. If I could use this place as a regular everyday vet I would. Super clean, no normal vet oders and the staff was amazing, explained everything. I wish I had known about this place our last emergency in March. If ever needed this week be the first place I go to!!

So grateful to have found their office open on a Sunday. From the kind phone call I received prior from Lainey, to the warm greeting and care we received throughout the process from Anna and the professionalism of Dr.Henry, we felt welcome and reassured that our dog was receiving the best care. Will 1000% recommend and use again in any emergency pet situation.
